Pricing

What this costs

What each piece of work includes, what moves the number, and what is never charged for. No packages named after metals.

The work

Four things, priced separately

Bundling a build, hosting and SEO into one monthly figure makes a business easier to keep and harder to leave, which is why so many agencies do it. These are separate so you can buy one and not the others, and stop one without losing the rest.

  • A new website

    quoted per project

Designed and built from scratch for one business, not a template with the colours changed. Written content, structured data, and a form that actually reaches you.

    • Design and build, mobile first
    • Copywriting for every page
    • Structured data so search engines can read the business
    • Contact form with spam handling that does not rely on a CAPTCHA
    • Google Analytics and Search Console connected
    • Accessibility and speed checked before launch, not after
    • Everything in your own accounts, in your name
  • Rebuilding an existing site

    quoted per project

Same work, on a site that already has traffic and rankings worth not losing. The redirects are the job.

    • Everything in a new build
    • A redirect map for every existing URL
    • Ranking positions recorded before and after
    • Nothing goes live until the old URLs are accounted for
  • Ongoing SEO

    quoted per project

Monthly work on rankings for the searches that bring paying customers, not for a vanity keyword.

    • Google Business Profile management and posts
    • Citation building and cleanup
    • Content written monthly, on subjects people search for
    • Technical fixes as they surface
    • A monthly report that says what moved and what did not
  • Maintenance and hosting

    quoted per project

Keeping a live site fast, patched and backed up, and answering the phone when it breaks.

    • Hosting, SSL and a CDN
    • Software and dependency updates
    • Off-site backups, tested rather than assumed
    • Uptime monitoring
    • Small content edits included

Why there are no figures on this page yet. Because a published price is a promise, and the honest ones are still being set. What is not vague is anything above: that is genuinely everything that is included, and it does not change with the number.

A quote takes one conversation and you will get a figure in it, not a proposal deck a week later. If your budget and the number are not close, you will be told in that call rather than after three meetings.

Before you ask

What actually moves the number

Nearly every quote lands where it does for one of these reasons. Knowing them before the call means you can change the answer.

Pushes it up

  • More pages, especially ones needing their own research
  • E-commerce, bookings, or anything with a login
  • Migrating from a platform that fights you on the way out
  • Photography and video, if you do not have any
  • Multiple languages written properly rather than machine-translated

Brings it down

  • Content you have already written and are happy with
  • Existing photography that is usable
  • A smaller page count — most local businesses need fewer pages than they think
  • No deadline pressure

Free, and meant

What is never billed

  • The first conversation, however long it runs
  • The free website audit, and the written follow-up on it
  • Telling you that you do not need us

And there is no charge to leave. Domain, hosting, code and analytics are in your accounts in your name from the first day, so ending it is an email rather than a negotiation. A site you cannot take elsewhere is leverage against you, and plenty of agencies are counting on exactly that.

Start with the free audit. It takes two seconds and it is honest about what it cannot see.
