Privacy Policy
Short, because this website does very little with your data. Everything below describes what the code actually does.

The short version
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and contains no advertising or tracking pixels of any kind. There is no Google Analytics, no tag manager, no Meta pixel, no session recording and no heatmap tool. Nothing follows you here from another site, and nothing follows you away from it.
If we add analytics later, this page will say so before it happens.
What we collect, and when
If you send the contact form
We receive the name, email address, phone number, website and message you type, plus the IP address the request came from. That is sent to us as an email and kept in our mailbox for as long as the inquiry is useful. It is not added to a database, a CRM or a mailing list, and it is never sold or shared for marketing.
If you use the audit or comparison tool
We receive the web address you paste in, and your IP address is held in memory briefly so the tool can be rate limited. Results are generated and returned to your browser. They are not stored, and the comparison tool keeps its state entirely in the page address, which is why sharing a link re-runs the audit rather than showing a saved report.
The tool then requests the public homepage of the address you gave us, identifying itself honestly in the request. If you audit a site you do not control, the operator of that site may see the request in their logs.
If you just read the site
Nothing is collected by us. One item is stored in your own browser: a note that you dismissed the bar at the bottom of the screen, so it does not reappear during your visit. It is cleared when you close the tab, it never leaves your device, and it contains no identifier.
Who else is involved
The site is hosted by Vercel, which processes ordinary server request logs — including IP addresses — in order to serve the site and protect it from abuse. Contact form messages are delivered through Resend. Both are processors acting for us. The typefaces are served from this domain rather than a font provider, so no request goes to Google Fonts when you load a page.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be deleted, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing hello@ocalawebexperts.com or calling (786) 393-7931. Because we keep inquiries in a mailbox rather than a system, deletion means deletion.
We do not knowingly collect information from children, and nothing on this site is directed at them.
Changes
If this policy changes the date at the top changes with it. There is no version history to consult, because there has only ever been this one.
