Accessibility Statement
We build to WCAG 2.2 AA and test it automatically on every change. Here is exactly what that covers, what it does not, and how to tell us if something is in your way.

The standard we build to
Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2, Level AA. That is the standard referenced by most accessibility legislation, and it is the one we hold our client work to as well.
How it is tested
An automated audit runs against nine representative page types — the homepage, a service page, a location page, an industry page, an article, the contact page and both tools — checking every WCAG 2.0, 2.1 and 2.2 A and AA rule that can be checked automatically. It currently reports no violations.
Alongside that we check color contrast against measured values rather than assumed ones, verify that the page does not scroll sideways at 360px, and confirm that nothing on the page depends on JavaScript to become readable.
What that does not prove
Automated testing catches roughly a third of accessibility problems. It cannot tell whether alternative text is meaningful, whether a reading order makes sense, or whether a page is genuinely usable with a screen reader. So the honest claim is: no machine-detectable failures, plus manual keyboard testing. Not a certification.
Specifically, we have not had this site audited by an independent accessibility specialist, and we have not tested it with every combination of screen reader and browser. If either of those matters to you, say so and we will be straight about where we are.
Known limitations
- The homepage uses a background video. It carries no essential information, plays without sound, and the page is fully usable with it blocked or with reduced motion enabled — but a video is never nothing, and we would rather say so.
- Long articles use collapsible sections for questions and answers. The content is present in the page for assistive technology and for search engines whether or not a section is open.
- The findings table on the Ocala Web Report scrolls horizontally on a narrow screen. The table itself scrolls; the page does not.
